A series of prints titled The Room, where emptiness becomes the protagonist. Through aquatint and etching, I transform the vacant rooms of the studio and the Fabero museum into symbolic spaces where absence and silence enter into dialogue. In The Room I, the geometric pattern of the floor contrasts with the bare walls and the open door, suggesting an invitation into the unknown. These works approach silence as a field of introspection rather than an absence of sound, inviting the viewer to confront their own perception of emptiness. The subtlety of aquatint reinforces the ethereal atmosphere of the spaces, where silence becomes presence and emptiness acts as a mirror for reflection and creation.
